Technical Manual
First of all, we supply a very detailed manual with every new machine including all information relevant for operation .

Spare Parts on Stock
In addition, we supply frequently demanded spare parts within a short period of time, in many cases within1-2 working days, as we normally keep regular spare parts on stock.

We can also supply standard parts like Festo or Siemens items within a very short period of time as we benefit from the good availability of these goods in Germany. We can provide attractive prices for such items due to our high purchasing volume at these suppliers.

Technical Support

Our Technical Department is in permanent contact with many customers for the support in technical questions and help them to constantly improve their manufacturing processes. Normally, our customers well-founded technical support for their request receive within 1-2 working days.

Soon, we will also support our customers with FAQ documents for each machine available on our homepage. Thereby we want to realize immediate technical help for our customers.

On-Site Service
Furthermore, our service staffs regularly visits customers all over the world for installation or service work. Our On-Site Service includes training of operators, preventive maintenance work, repair work, consultancy activities, as well as on-site machine installations and machine upgrades.

We realize that many customers more and more utilize our On-Site Services due to positive effects for their production process, like the reduction of down-times.
