Testing Machine PP80.03
Tested by DOEKA is the premium quality standard for condoms (male, female) and probe covers. The PP80.03 machine allows a very precise and accurate testing due to these features:
1. Double Testing Fields for checking tip and shaft seperately with highly precise VDC 3000 High-Voltage Units (Three Testing Fields also available).
2. Visualisation of condom test settings / test results. The ET machine allows to view the hole finding and test settings. Each machine can be connected with a high-speed plotter to print conductivity graph of each condom tested.
In case of Double Testing, two graphes are printed.

b) Essential for finding the best settings for each condom type
c) Identification of best settings minimize false test results.
3. Automatic checking for malfunctions or missing mandrel rotation.
Pros:
a) Minimize the risk of running the machine without inactive or defect testing system
b) Ensure that the full surface of condoms are tested for holes.
In addition, the Testing Machine PP80.03 is prepared for a later upgrade with Auto Loading Unit PP-FAL and of course according to latest Industry 4.0 standards
